Our Shanghai China skeleton video crew agency provides professional filmmaking services for clients seeking high-quality video production throughout China. Established in 2013, our production house in Shanghai has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional video content while offering comprehensive production support to international clients entering the Chinese market. We understand the unique challenges of filming in China and have developed specialized expertise in navigating local regulations, securing filming permits, and accessing premium locations that showcase the best of Shanghai and beyond.
What the Agency Should Coordinate for a Small Crew
Name the production contact responsible for briefing the crew and keeping the schedule current. Confirm the people attending, their roles and the equipment included. Share the approved brief with the actual operators before the filming day.
Clarify who confirms locations, contributor times, loading access and client approvals. A small camera team may need production support even when the filming setup is simple. Keep practical coordination separate from technical tasks that need uninterrupted attention during recording.
Agree how the client will reach the coordinator if plans change, and who can authorize extra time or support. At wrap, confirm completed coverage, outstanding requests and delivery responsibilities so the agency and the receiving editor have the same information.
